I can not believe how crazy this last week has been. Fun but Crazy.
The garden is producing more than we can eat and my neighbor's are starting to find produce on their front porches.

Everything you're harvesting now with the exception of eggplants can be stored very well and for long time so you don't have to give them away :)
ReplyDeleteJenny's right, potatoes, onions, garlic will store a long time. Even the squash and eggplant can be sliced or cubed and frozen for a long time. But I bet your neighbors appreciate you! ;)
